Drive strategic growth and transformation for clients by helping leaders define priorities, solve complex business problems, and execute large-scale change. As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation, you will work across the strategy-to-execution lifecycle, using structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver business outcomes. You will contribute to client engagements that span growth strategy, operating model design, transformation planning, and implementation support.

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth and Transformation team, you will be responsible for...

  • Supporting the design and delivery of strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives for clients across industries
  • Conducting market, financial, operational, and organizational analyses to inform recommendations and business decisions
  • Developing executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Managing workstream activities, tracking milestones, and coordinating with client and Deloitte team members to support delivery
  • Facilitating interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and advance project objectives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model design, growth strategy, or enterprise transformation
  • 4+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business recommendations
  • 4+ years of experience creating client-ready presentations, reports, and spreadsheet-based analyses
  • 4+ years of experience supporting project delivery, workstream management, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in business, public policy, economics, engineering, or a similar field
  • Experience supporting strategy or transformation work for Fortune 500 or large public sector organizations
  • Experience developing business cases, implementation roadmaps, or operating model recommendations
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Experience working across strategy development and implementation phases

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $208,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
