Job description

Work Location:  Karnes City, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Unload and receive product in a safe, efficient, timely and accurate fashion.
  • Pick product for delivery and assembly.
  • Load delivery trucks.
  • Update the Warehouse Management System, utilizing the scanners when product is moved, received, and/or loaded.
  • Process warehouse documentation in a timely and accurate fashion, while ensuring that the document(s) are routed to the appropriate personnel upon completion.
  • Interact with teammates to locate product in the warehouse, as needed.
  • Perform cycle counts as needed to measure inventory accurately. Communicate ideas for process improvement to management.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, type or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, crouch, and climb ladders.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move significant weight between 45lbs - 70lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Repetitive body motions may be required.

Work Environment:
Work environment with this job includes company warehouse facilities, and company service vehicles/equipment. Temperature fluctuates with seasons.


Qualifications: 

  • Warehouse operations use an Order Management System to track, locate, and select product.
  • Must be able to count and meet basic computer skills.
  • Prior forklift experience and comfortable to drive varies size in all 4 seasons. 
  • Must be dependable.
  • Valid Driver’s License a plus. 

Education:  

 

High School diploma or GED required.
