Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quantitative User Experience Researcher to support our team across various exploratory and developmental research projects. This role involves conducting exploratory surveys to gauge market opportunities, prioritizing product elements, and testing early prototype designs to capture user feedback efficiently. The ideal candidate will translate research findings into actionable insights, utilizing document reports, presentations, and dashboarding to communicate results effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct exploratory surveys to evaluate market size, product focus priorities, and understand user demographics and psychographics.
  • Perform early prototype testing to gauge user reactions using both flat and interactive mocks on survey platforms or the DICE experimentation platform.
  • Develop and execute on A/B testing strategies to refine product features based on user feedback.
  • Define clear research questions and hypotheses from initial product concepts or loose guidance.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in coding with R or Python for data analysis.
  • Prior experience in a Quant UXR role or similar, within a tech or software product development context is highly preferred.
