Building Location:Peerless BuildingDepartment:1006710 EA CLINICAL SERVICES SUPPORT - EH SSJob Description:This position serves as the reporting expert for the applications they support, which could include both Epic and Enterprise applications. Responsible for working with stakeholders at all levels across Essentia Health to understand analytics needs and translate those needs into analytics solutions. This requires collaboration with other members of the application support team to understand workflows, identify the right data elements, and select the best reporting tool to utilize to meet customer needs.Education Qualifications:

This position serves as the reporting expert for the applications they support, which could include both Epic and Enterprise applications. Responsible for working with stakeholders at all levels across Essentia Health to understand analytics needs and translate those needs into analytics solutions. This requires collaboration with other members of the application support team to understand workflows, identify the right data elements, and select the best reporting tool to utilize to meet customer needs.

Senior Business Intelligent Analysts are responsible for the development of design specifications and the build of reporting utilizing a variety of business intelligence tools.

As analysts, you are intrigued and driven by the challenge of creating information from data, skilled at organizing the presentation of quantitative information to facilitate understanding, illuminate decision making, and creating actionable data. You will have the ability to lead projects and work autonomously under general direction with minimal management supervision. You will also have a chance at the evaluation of new technologies and techniques within the scope of their supported toolsets.

Work Experience:
5 years experience in data development, data analysis, report programming, Cogito Suite. Includes a foundational understanding of relational data models or application toolset foundations.

Prior experience with business intelligence tools. Examples include, but are not limited to: Epic Cogito Suite, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, Registries, Healthy Planet, Slicer/Dicer, Clarity/Caboodle Data Model, Crystal Reports, WEBi, SQL, Tableau, Qlik, Python, R or other analytic toolsets.

Licensure/CertificationQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or technology/healthcare related field.

Advanced Epic and/or Healthy Planet experience is strongly preferred.
