WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As our Senior Finance Analyst for Product Finance, this individual will serve as a trusted finance partner to Product Creation teams, helping drive profitable and sustainable growth across the business. They will work closely with Product Management, Sourcing, Costing, and Finance leaders to evaluate opportunities, navigate tradeoffs, and support key business decisions throughout the product creation lifecycle.
Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes through financial insights and actionable recommendations.

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and excels at translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making.
You are naturally curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and proactive in identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions. You build strong relationships across functions, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to your work.
You are equally comfortable diving deep into analysis, developing financial models, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, strategic planning, accounting, consulting, or related analytical roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will serve as the primary finance partner for Product Creation teams and play a critical role in shaping profitable growth for a segment of the business. You will influence product decisions throughout the creation lifecycle by providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven recommendations to Product and Finance leadership.
In addition:
  • Partner with Product, Sourcing, and Finance teams to translate strategic margin objectives into seasonal plans and actionable business decisions.
  • Develop scenario analyses and investment tradeoffs to support decision-making and drive sustainable margin improvement.
  • Monitor and communicate seasonal margin performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while recommending actions to achieve financial targets.
  • Partner across the broader Product Finance organization to drive initiatives that improve profitability, processes, and analytical capabilities.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling business stories and executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic support to influence key decisions across product creation.
