Data Analytics ManagerThe Data Analytics Manager will lead a remote, cross-functional team of data analysts, systems analysts, and data scientists delivering analytics products, data systems, dashboards, and decision-support tools for federal programs, including initiatives serving refugee, immigrant, and social service populations.
This role combines technical project management, analytics leadership, stakeholder engagement, and systems oversight. The manager will guide the development of modern data platforms and products, support automation and advanced visualization, promote predictive and proactive decision-making, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or Public Policy with a quantitative focus.
Required QualificationsLocation: Remote, Eastern Time
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
This is a fully remote position aligned to Eastern Time. Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required to support mission-critical needs. The role requires close collaboration with federal stakeholders, internal technical teams, and partner organizations supporting high-priority analytics and data systems.
The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
