As ab AML Data Quality and Quantitative Analytics and Model Development Analyst Senior within PNC's AML organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cincinnati, OH or one of PNC"s Hub locations.
This role is well suited for an experienced financial crimes, risk, or compliance professional with a strong understanding of the data that underpins AML monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will help lead data quality and assurance efforts across key AML processes, providing effective challenge, identifying opportunities to strengthen data controls, and assessing the business impact of data issues. Working closely with investigators, business leaders, technology teams, and model owners, this individual will leverage industry knowledge and practical experience to promote data integrity, transparency, and operational effectiveness. We are seeking a trusted advisor who can connect regulatory expectations, business processes, and data governance practices, influence stakeholders across the organization, and help ensure critical decision-making is supported by reliable, well-governed data.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.   • Independently performs advanced quantitative analyses and model development to drive decision-making by running quantitative strategies. Makes recommendations based on analyses.

  • Analyzes and develops new model frameworks by supporting the line of business. Refines, monitors, and reviews existing models. Conducts on-going communication with model owners and model developers during the course of the review. Works with larger, more complex datasets to create models.

  • Performs quantitative analysis and develops complex reports. Performs qualitative and quantitative assessments of all aspects of models including theoretical aspects, model design and implementation as well as data quality and integrity. Analyzes complex data and associated quantitative analysis. Makes recommendations based on findings from data analytics.

  • Uses quantitative tools and techniques to measure and analyze model risks and reaches conclusions on strengths and limitations of the model.

  • Prepares and analyzes detailed documents for validation and regulatory compliance, using applicable templates.
