Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Contract and Legal Specialist II to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Contract and Legal Specialist II supports Segra's most critical contracting activities by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, vendor, and partner agreements. This role ensures day-to-day contractual compliance, risk identification, and timely execution of agreements that drive revenue, manage cost, and protect Segra's business interests. The Specialist serves as a bridge between the business and the Legal & Regulatory team, providing high-quality contract support, operational consistency, and actionable analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or extensive experience in related fields may suffice in lieu of education. Additional training/certification in legal skills, telecommunications, contracts, real property and corporate transactions preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business transactions, contracts, and/or supply chain required.
  • Telecommunications or technology industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Analytical Judgment - Ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions to business stakeholders.

Salary Range: $64,050 - $75,000
