We'll provide the tools and training you need to succeed, including a one-week paid training program, a mobile installation van, professional tools, and touchless tire-changing equipment. This is an opportunity to build your technical skills, work independently in the field, and develop a rewarding career while providing a service that gives our customers more time to do the things they enjoy.

What You'll Do

Tire Installation & Service

  • Perform tire services, including mounting and balancing tires, installations, and tire repairs.
  • Use professional tire service tools and touchless tire-changing equipment to complete services safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct proper safety checks during every tire installation.
  • Follow Tire Rack mobile installation policies, procedures, and safety standards on every appointment.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure services are completed correctly and professionally.

Mobile Service & Driving

  • Load and prepare the mobile installation van for scheduled customer appointments.
  • Safely and professionally drive the mobile installation van to and from customer homes and workplaces.
  • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of the mobile installation van and equipment.
  • Manage scheduled appointments efficiently while maintaining safety and service standards.

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with each completed service.

Safety & Physical Responsibilities

  • Follow established safety procedures while operating vehicles, equipment, and tools.
  • Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting.
  • Safely lift and handle tires, wheels, equipment, and other materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support mobile tire installation operations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license.
  • No more than two (2) moving violations and/or one (1) accident on driving record within the past five years.

  • Must be able to attend a one-week training program in South Bend, Indiana.
  • TIA Certification or willingness to obtain certification.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience mounting, balancing, installing, or repairing tires.
  • Previous experience working directly with customers in a service environment.
