Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Service Specialist / Quality-Test Engineer to support Client Dealer Solutions Network (DSN). This role serves as the primary technical contact for dealers experiencing product performance and reliability issues across equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex product issues while ensuring exceptional dealer support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for dealer technical inquiries and product health concerns.
  • Perform initial triage of product issues and incident reports.
  • Investigate equipment failures, performance concerns, and quality-related issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations to identify corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product support, and manufacturing teams to develop interim and permanent solutions.
  • Manage service requests from initiation through resolution and closure.
  • Document technical findings, troubleshooting steps, escalations, and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Analyze product performance data and support continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and service documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication with dealers and internal stakeholders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in product support, quality engineering, testing, troubleshooting, or equipment diagnostics.
  • Strong mechanical and/or product knowledge with hands-on equipment experience.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and technical reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, engines, hydraulics, or industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with dealer support environments or field service operations.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, reliability testing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Previous experience working with client products or similar OEM equipment.
