Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Manager Location: Redmond, WA Type: Contract Compensation: $85.00 - $93.00 per hour Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Overview Join a collaborative, innovation-driven medical technology organization where you'll lead critical engineering change initiatives within a Class III medical device manufacturing environment. This hybrid contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in medical device manufacturing, change implementation, and regulated quality systems who excels at driving cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders. You'll have direct visibility with leadership while helping ensure compliant, efficient product and process changes that support operational excellence and improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Change Implementation tasks within a Class III Medical Device manufacturing environment
  • Work collaboratively across multiple teams to support engineering and process change initiatives
  • Provide project status updates to executives and management teams
  • Support both short-term and long-term projects, executing general project management responsibilities
  • Manage projects related to engineering change processes, including supply chain considerations when applicable
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated environment
  • Experience with change implementation in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with supply chain, ERP systems (Microsoft Project, SAP), and Bill of Materials
  • QMS experience
  • Understanding of change processes and project management
  • PMP certification is a nice-to-have
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
