How You'll Make an Impact

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

  • Support compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.

  • Administer the electronic QMS, including document control, revisions, approvals, and periodic reviews.

  • Coordinate nonconformance and corrective action activities and ensure timely closure.

  • Maintain quality documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, and related records.

  • Support internal, customer, and external audits from preparation through follow-up actions.

  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.

  • Track quality system performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.

  • Experience supporting audits and audit readiness activities.

  • Familiarity with CAPA, nonconformance management, and document control processes.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
