Required Skills/Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and ability to administer QMS standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
  • Audit Management: Scheduling, leading external, internal and supplier audits and handling document control protocols
  • Ability to make Data-Driven Decisions: Interpreting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor QMS performance and spot defect trends
  • Capable of Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating quality metrics and expectations clearly between the factory floor, engineering teams and executive management
  • Experience in Training and Development: Educating employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Conflict Resolution: Navigating supplier discrepancies, customer complaints, and internal pushback diplomatically
  • Position is 100% On-Site

Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Word, Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • 2-4 years previous QMS experience in a manufacturing facility environment
