Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive quality initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
