RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is the direct care of our patients.
  • Oversee nursing staff and nursing related duties during your shift.
  • Work in coordination with Nursing Administration staff.
  • Make regular nursing rounds to evaluate resident care and handle routine nursing matters.
  • Assist in assessing the physical, mental, and psychological status of all residents.
  • Inform the physician of any changes and secure follow-up care as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate documentation during your shift.
  • Maintain and communicate current care plans for all residents.
  • Competently perform nursing skills.
  • Administer medication and medical treatment according to patient plan and company policy.
  • Complete accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes.
  • Provide exceptional patient care to the residents.
  • Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess an active and good-standing RN License
  • Some supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Long term care experience preferred but not required
