Atrium Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in providing the highest level of care to our residents.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess and oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring strict adherence to current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing our facility.
  • Ensure that all nursing personnel are executing their respective job roles proficiently.
  • Participate in facility surveys (inspections) conducted by authorized government agencies, as directed by the DON and ADON.
  • Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing staff members are meeting and exceeding acceptable nursing standards.
  • Address and investigate complaints and grievances brought forth by department personnel, and promptly report findings to the Director of Nursing Services.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active RN License in the State of New York: A valid and up-to-date license is essential.
