Job description

Staffing Network is seeking experienced quality control leads for our high-tech repair client located in Denton, TX. The Quality Lead duties and responsibilities include supervising employees, evaluating their performance, and meeting safety regulations. 

Here are the details below:

*Must be bilingual in English/Spanish*
Pay rate: $21/hr. – weekly pay
1st shift: 7am – 3:30pm 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and mentoring quality control or quality assurance technicians.
  • Track and manage attendance records
  • Maintaining adherence to quality standards, regulations, and procedures.
  • First point of contact for any employee concerns or issues.
  • Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team of technicians.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Understand and/or help develop strategies to help Associates complete their tasks.
  • Assign/direct Associates to accomplish targets.
  • Manage workflow with task times and monitor progress.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all quality employees comprehend safety regulations according to OSHA regulations. Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Must be willing to be on your feet for 8-10 hours daily.
  • Ability to understand and/or learn Excel programs.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays.
 
Background/Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working in an ISO certified facility.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral. In Spanish and English.
  • Able to stand up and sit down.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • A dedicated and hard worker with a healthy, positive attitude toward individual, team, and company Goals.
