Operations Manager

Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives on the plant floor and enjoys building high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production and warehouse operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while developing frontline supervisors and employees.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily production and warehouse operations in a continuous manufacturing environment
  • Manage production scheduling, labor planning, throughput, and inventory control
  • Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, process improvements, and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP standards, SOPs, safety protocols, and quality requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR
  • Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and frontline employees to build a strong and sustainable operating culture
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving productivity, yield, inventory accuracy, equipment utilization, and overall plant performance


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience)

  • 6+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibility
  • 3+ years leading teams in a production, warehouse, or plant environment
  • Experience in multi-shift or continuous manufacturing operations
  • Knowledge of cGMP compliance, OSHA requirements, inventory management, and production planning
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
