$25 to $30/hr based on previous work experience, skills, education, and training.
Theoretical job description: Supervision of drivers and dispatchers and filling in for drivers and dispatchers as needed. Realistic job description: Anything and everything needed each day.
Flexibility in shift start and end times but there will be early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts if driver or dispatcher shift coverage is required. Primarily a Monday thru Friday position. We operate 24/7/365, no banker’s hours here.
The job starts with driving routes for a couple of weeks to get familiar with customers, route procedures, operations, and day to day challenges. After the initial driving phase work is primarily in the dispatch office, cargo bay, and warehouse.
