In the role of Unit Manager- Quality Process Lab working in Albany, GA you will leads and motivate a team of microbiological, analytical and sensory specialists to ensure effective operation of quality process lab in the brewery. Enables and oversees brewery teams' compliance toย microbiological, analytical and sensory analyses on products, raw materials and in-process materials per theย Quality Managementย System. Utilizes WCSC principles and work practices to drive toward world class quality results. Drives development and improvement of laboratory techniques, procedures, methodology andย instrumentation. Serves as resource/coach for established quality standards and procedures. Partners with operations to improve process and product quality. Provides data interpretation and expertise to various operational areas, linkingย microbiological, analytical and sensory results with a thorough understanding ofย brewingย and packaging. Responsible for budget and cost management of assigned areas. Responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and relatedย Quality Management System.

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 10-20 talented colleagues,ย and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on oneย conversationsย 
  • Leads and coordinate a team performing analytical,ย microbiologicalย and sensory analyses
  • Develops, trains and coaches lab employees and lead team performance talent, and career management and creates a culture of employeeย engagement.
  • Facilitates leads continuous improvement efforts in the lab and the brewery and models Molson Coors Manufacturing way best practices in quality lab and the brewery.

Job Posting Total Rewardsย Offerings: $97,400.00ย -ย $127,900.00ย (posting salary range) +ย 15%ย target short term incentiveย +ย $23,000ย on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
