Job Summary

Superior Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Quality Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team in Plain City, Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead people, drive production performance, and work for a stable company that values its team members. If you are a strong leader who enjoys fast-paced manufacturing and wants a schedule that provides more personal time, we would like to talk with you.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing and recording dimensional and other quality control checks as needed
  • Support and provide direction to production for packaging and quality needs
  • Work with managers to solve customer quality issues.
  • Follow company safety standards and operational procedures

Pay

  • $18.00โ€“$20.00 per hour

Schedule That Works for Workโ€“Life

  • Our unique rotating schedule means you only work 7 days in a 14-day pay period:
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Work/Life balance. You receive full-time pay and benefits while enjoying built-in time off throughout the month.
  • Shift Hours: 7:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM
