Your Mission

ย  ย Checks orders to make sure proper glue application throughout the bag, verifies print is accurate to customer

ย  ย  ย specification sheet, identifies proper materials are used in the construction of the product.ย 
ย  ย Places products on hold if found with defects.
ย  ย Speaks openly with Operators to stop production of defective bags immediately.
ย  ย Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, company's quality control system for compliance

ย  ย  ย with legal requirements, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards.
ย  ย Receives approval from Quality Manager/Quality Supervisor/Shift Leaders/Production Manager if questions arise.
ย  ย Cooperates with team members.
ย  ย Perform other duties as assigned (i.e. trains new hires when asked, assists in other departments when deemed

ย  ย  ย necessary by management and any other task or assignment within the scope of the business).

Your Profile

ย  ย Must be 18 years or older.
ย  ย Manufacturing experience a plus.
ย  ย Work schedules are normally 8 or 12 hours.
ย  ย May be scheduled for rotating days off.
ย  ย Must be able to work overtime as needed.
ย  ย Standing for extended periods.
ย  ย Awkward and/or repetitive movements.
ย  ย Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
ย  ย Have a great attitude.
ย  ย Willingness to learn.
ย  ย Self-motivated.
