Join a Precision Manufacturer That Invests in Quality—and Its People

If you're an experienced Quality Inspector who enjoys precision work, takes pride in finding what others miss, and wants to grow your career with a stable manufacturing company, we'd like to talk with you.

We're partnering with an established precision manufacturer in the Delavan area that's expanding its Quality team. • Candidates with strong inspection fundamentals who are eager to learn advanced quality systems are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $22.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with company participation
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Career development opportunities
  • Stable, growing precision manufacturing environment
Why You'll Love This Opportunity

This isn't just another inspection role.

You'll join a company that values craftsmanship, precision, continuous improvement, and long-term employee development. Rather than expecting every candidate to know every quality system from day one, they're looking for someone with a solid inspection foundation who wants to continue learning and growing professionally.

If you're looking for a career where your attention to detail makes a real impact and your contributions are appreciated, we'd love to speak with you.
