We're looking for a Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident performing tire services, preventative maintenance, and light mechanical repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
As a Tire & Lube Technician, you'll inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles while ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in the safety and performance of their vehicle.
Tire Services
  • Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
  • Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
  • Recommend tire replacement and maintenance based on vehicle condition.
  • Perform TPMS service and understand wheel configurations, bolt patterns, valve stems, and tire specifications.

Preventative Maintenance
  • Perform oil and filter changes.
  • Inspect and top off vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid.
  • Perform coolant, brake, and transmission fluid exchanges.
  • Replace air, cabin, and fuel filters.
  • Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections and communicate findings.

Basic Mechanical Repairs
  • Perform light mechanical repairs and replacements, including:
    • Brakes
    • Suspension components
    • Steering components
    • Wiper blades
    • Batteries
    • Headlights and taillights
  • Recognize dashboard warning indicators and identify potential maintenance concerns.

Customer Service
  • Greet customers professionally and understand their service needs.

Requirements

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to perform work both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions while following all company safety policies.
