Job Summary:
The 3rd Shift Quality Inspector (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) is responsible for ensuring that all plastic products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. This role involves inspecting products at various stages of the manufacturing process, performing tests, and identifying any defects or issues that could affect product performance and safety. The Quality Inspector will work closely with production teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with quality regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of plastic products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
โ€ข Perform tests to check for material strength, durability, and other physical properties.
โ€ข Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
โ€ข Record and maintain detailed inspection reports, including measurements, test results, and any identified defects.
โ€ข Prepare and update quality control checklists and procedures.
โ€ข Maintain accurate and organized records of all inspections and tests performed.
โ€ข Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
โ€ข Identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions.

What We're Looking For:
