Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. The role involves performing inspections, documenting results, identifying defects, and supporting continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products.

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, and CMM.

  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.

  • Identify and report non-conforming products.

  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Verify compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality standards.

  • Follow safety procedures and company policies.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Technical certification is a plus.

  • 1-3 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.

  • CMM experience is required; CMM programming is a plus.
