Chef de Partie / Experienced Hotline Chef – The Sergeantsville Inn | Sergeantsville, NJ

The Sergeantsville Inn is looking for a solid Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We run a classic American menu with a focus on quality ingredients and clean execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own your station and maintain consistent output during service
  • Prep and execute dishes to spec with attention to quality and timing
  • Keep your station organized, stocked, and up to health code standards
  • Work closely with the executive chef and kitchen team on prep, menu development
  • Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of line experience, ideally in a full-service kitchen
  • Ability to work clean and fast in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knife skills and solid understanding of classical technique
