IMMEDIATELY HIRING

Job Summary:
Quality Inn, Dundee, MI is currently seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual for the role of Front Desk at our hotel located in Dundee, MI. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The Front Desk is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payment is completed accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations
- Keep track of room availability and make reservations according to guest preferences
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:
