We're seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our high-performance team driving excellence in aerospace surface finishing. If you're passionate about solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with OEMs, and ensuring mission-critical quality, this is your runway to impact.
Your Mission
  • Partner directly with aerospace commercial, defense, and space OEMs and suppliers, to resolve technical issues and interpret engineering specs and drawings.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce Cost of Poor Quality.
  • Develop and implement quality standards and process improvements across production.
  • Support FAA Repair Station return-to-service authorizations.
  • Host audits and customer visits and train cross-functional teams on quality best practices.
Your Flight Plan
  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or finishing; AS9100 & Nadcap familiarity preferred.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; quality certifications a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, hands-on with measuring tools, ERP/QMS systems (Syteline preferred), and technical documentation.
  • Certifications: FAA Repairman Certificate and auditor training are advantageous.
