In this exciting role, you will be the voice of the customer, helping ensure the reliability and performance of industry-leading high voltage products. Working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project teams, you will lead investigations into product performance, coordinate customer issue resolution, and drive meaningful improvements that strengthen both customer confidence and operational excellence.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and other business systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional language capabilities are an advantage.
