Responsibilities:
Coordinate with field representatives to support pickup and delivery of downhole tools to job sites
Wash, tear down, inspect, and rebuild tools following company procedures
Assist in executing recycling and tracking processes using internal systems
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use
Support general shop operations and assist with inventory and tool management
Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and quality standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience working with hand tools (teardown, cleaning, rebuilding equipment)
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, shop, or warehouse environment preferred
2-5 years of experience performing manual labor in a hands-on role
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes
Previous downhole tool experience preferred, but not required
