Willow Hill Supply, LLC, is seeking a full-time shipping and quality control clerk in Winchester, Kentucky.


Established in 2011, Willow Hill Supply is a small manufacturer of embroidered patches, printed goods and a reseller of quality tactical gear. We do business under the brands Tactical Gear Junkie and Kentucky Emblem. We pride ourselves in having the highest quality products and being customer forward in all aspects of our business.


We offer a substantial selection of embroidered patches and specialize in custom embroidery, made in the USA. We proudly serve industries including military, police, and fire, to name a few.

Applicant will be responsible for preparing, checking, packaging, and shipping orders to our customers, ensuring everything is accurate and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack daily orders.
  • Inspect products for quality and prepare before shipping.
  • Use shipping software to print labels.
  • Package orders efficiently.
  • Ensure orders are shipped on time.
  • Work closely with customer service on any issues.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain goals.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Maintain product and shipping inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer and shipping software skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adjust priorities quickly.
