Wat ga je doen?
Als QC Inspecteur WTB ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit en het uitvoeren van inspecties tijdens alle fasen van het project. In deze functie ben je de contactpersoon en het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op het gebied van kwaliteit en een vraagbaak voor de interne organisatie. Je hebt als doel de kwaliteit van product en proces te borgen. 

Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • Je maakt afspraken op gebied van kwaliteit & inspectie zoals afstemming van het kwaliteitsplan, inspectieplannen, project procedures;
  • Je bent onderdeel van een projectteam tijdens de uitvoering van een opdracht, project of turnaround en geeft gevraagd of ongevraagd advies aan het projectteam op het gebied van kwaliteit;
  • Je voert inspecties uit, beoordeelt de kwaliteitsrapportages en rapporteert de bevindingen binnen de gestelde kaders van ons Quality beleid;
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt op gebied van kwaliteit voor interne- en externe klanten, eventuele inspectiediensten;
  • Je hebt contacten op gebied van kwaliteit met subcontractors zoals voor constructie, coating, isolatie , Heat Treatment (PWHT), NDO, etc.
  • Je hebt door het goed implementeren en monitoren van de procedures en richtlijnen invloed op de kwaliteit gerelateerde eindresultaten van de opdrachten waarbij je ingezet bent.


Wat neem jij mee?
Je bent nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en hebt oog voor detail. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende partijen, staat stevig in jouw schoenen en hebt een proactieve houding. 
Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou altijd voorop. 

Jouw profiel:

  • Een MBO-plus of HBO werk- en denk niveau, in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde (WTB); 
  • IWT-opleiding en aantoonbare werkervaring als QC Inspecteur;
  • Kennis van materialen, fabricage technieken, lastechniek, Heat Treatment, NDO technieken en inspectietechnieken; 
  • Kennis van lasprocedures (WPS, WPQR, WQ), NDO-technieken en relevante normen (EN, ANSI, ASME);
  • Kennis van wettelijke regelgeving (PED, NEN EN 1090), ontwerpnormen en kwaliteitssystemen; 
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Flexibel m.b.t. inzetbaarheid binnen het gehele regio bedrijf.
