Position Responsibilities: 

  • The QA/QC Supervisor maintains corporate and franchise partner standards as well as environmental health and safety standards establishing operational procedures in collaboration with quality assurance manager 

  • This role ensures that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company, focusing on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies

  • You will direct quality assurance employees in a Manufacturing facility ensuring that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree
