Primary Function
The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive quality control program to ensure all construction activities meet contract specifications, design standards, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures that all work performed under the contract adheres to the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance. 
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized. Actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission, and values. 
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with contract requirements. 
Oversee all inspection and testing activities to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. 
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions. 
Coordinate with project management, engineering, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly. 
Ensure all materials and workmanship conform to contract standards before acceptance. 
Conduct daily site inspections and document findings to support continuous improvement. 
Serve as the primary on-site representative for all quality control matters throughout project execution. 
Ensure that all members of the quality control organization are fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in English. 
Maintain presence on-site during all phases of contract performance until completion and acceptance of work. 
Provide training and guidance to QC staff to uphold consistent quality standards across all project activities.
