Job Summary
Loenbro is hiring an Electrical QA/QC Manager to be responsible for ensuring the successful execution, quality, and compliance of electrical installations for data center and mission-critical projects. This role partners closely with engineering teams, contractors, superintendents, and project leadership to review designs, support construction planning, perform inspections, and verify that all electrical work meets customer requirements, industry standards, and applicable codes. The position requires strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, quality documentation, troubleshooting, and field execution to help deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical infrastructure.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Participation in design reviews, providing constructability feedback to contracted engineering firms, and providing input to design package schedules to support an integrated construction schedule
  • Ensure that the installing contractor has met customer and industry standard installation requirements
  • Overall responsible for the safe and successful completion of the electrical work to ensure projects are completed with the highest degree of accuracy and success
  • Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, and organize activities concerned with construction projects
  • Complete all QA documentation and any other reports that are required for the project
  • Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, and closures of issues
  • Inspect and support testing of equipment
  • Work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities
  • Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings
  • Perform final QA inspection on equipment
  • Answering questions of a technical nature during project execution

Required:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Electrical QA Experience
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Foreman/Superintendent experience preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for all aspects of electrical equipment
  • Knowledge of low voltage/ medium voltage systems preferred
  • Experience in data center preferred
  • Experience with Bluebeam and Revit systems
  • Experience with NFPA 70 codes and standards

Work Environment:
  • Outdoor construction setting with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, and other environmental factors.
  • Frequent visits to outdoor construction sites with exposure to weather extremes.
  • If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
  • Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel
