Job description

This position is located in Baltimore, MD. The core working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. This is an exempt position. Quality Manager This is a full time position offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and with employer paid contribution to health care coverage. This position requires that the employee must successfully complete criminal history information background check and drug screening and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
INTRODUCTION
Oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in all custodial operations at assigned sites. Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections in TAMS, and train field teams on best practices and performance standards. Collaborate with operations and account management to resolve deficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and monitor compliance with safety, environmental standards. Track and report quality metrics and lead corrective actions to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections in TAMS to evaluate custodial quality; identify deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and audit quality assurance procedures and inspection procedures and inspection checklists; track and report quality metrics and trends.
  • Train and coach crew leaders, supervisors, and field staff on best practices, performance standards, and safety/environmental compliance
  • Collaborate with operations and account managers to review client feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental standards; oversee services provided by subcontractors for adherence to specifications
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training for field staff; conduct performance observations and provide feedback
  • Prepare and maintain required quality documentation and reports; communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • five years' experience in the quality control/quality assurance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years in a lead role or management position is preferred.
  • Strong technical and observation skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications and extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.
  • Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends. Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a "secret" clearance.
