Position Overview
The Quality Control Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that SwiftX maintains optimal operational efficiency while delivering top-tier service to our e-commerce partners. This role focuses on monitoring and reducing operational costs-including delivery service provider (DSP) expenses, daily warehouse utilization, and other operational expenditures-while driving continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Control & Analysis
    • Monitor, track, and analyze all operational costs (DSP delivery costs, warehouse usage, transportation, etc.).
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable strategies without compromising service quality.
    • Develop and implement cost control procedures, policies, and reporting mechanisms.
    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure budget adherence and accurate cost forecasting.

  • Quality Improvement
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular audits of DSP and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Lead root cause analysis for service failures, delays, or quality concerns, and drive corrective actions.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Work closely with DSP partners and warehouse providers to align performance with contractual agreements and cost efficiency goals.
    • Develop scorecards and feedback systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement among external partners.

  • Reporting & Leadership
    • Prepare regular cost and quality reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
    • Supervise and guide a small team focused on cost tracking and quality monitoring.

Requirements
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in cost control, operations analysis, logistics, or quality improvement (last-mile delivery/e-commerce logistics preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial and operational data analysis.
  • Knowledge of cost management tools, KPIs, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and logistics management systems.
