Hirani Engineering & Land Surveying is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to support Design-Build projects by ensuring all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements. This role requires a hands-on, onsite presence and strong familiarity with public agency standards. The ideal candidate brings experience working on NYCHA or similar public housing projects, with the ability to navigate documentation, compliance, and stakeholder coordination effectively.
