Kelly, in partnership with a growing Consumer Product company, is looking for a Quality Manager in Mansfield, MA. This is a hybrid role, with very flexible time in and out of the office.
This is a direct hire role, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive compensation, benefit, and vacation package upon hire.

Job Description:
Responsible for leading the daily operations of the Quality Department and ensuring products meet company quality standards. This role manages the quality team, oversees testing, supplier quality, customer issues, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Operations Manager works closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Distribution Centers, and Customer Service to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
  • The incumbent may be required to perform all, or a combination of, the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Quality Department.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Quality team members.
  • Set department priorities and monitor workload to ensure effective team performance.
  • Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
  • Oversee product testing, inspections, and supplier quality activities.
  • Review customer complaints and product returns to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product performance.
  • Partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Distribution Centers, and Customer Service on quality-related projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain quality procedures, specifications, and documentation to support compliance and consistency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports for leadership teams.
  • Travel to suppliers and company facilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Leader (Supervisor or Manager)
  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer products required.
