The Quality Control Manager provides our clients with project management encompassing submittal tracking, construction inspection, materials testing, budgeting, specification compliance and documentation/reporting. This position is located at Fort Gordon Military Base in Augusta, GA.


Essential Functions

  • Responsible for overall management of Contractor QC program
  • Scheduling, reviewing, certifying, and managing submittals
  • On the site at all times during construction
  • Ensure that the construction is in conformance with the plans, specifications, and product data
  • Manage Three phases of control for each definable feature of the construction
  • Punch-Out Inspection
  • Photo Documentation
  • Daily Reports
  • Notifications of Non-Compliance
  • Coordination of Testing Lab
  • Other duties assigned


Job Specifications

  • Ability to read and understand Contract Drawings and Specifications
  • Understand three phase quality control procedures
  • Willing to work full-time on-site
  • Logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems
  • Ability to enforce strict Quality Control requirements
  • Full understanding of all CSI Divisions of work
  • Experience with The Army Corps of Engineers QC Program
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Ability to discover problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions


Knowledge and Experience Requirements

  • 5 years of construction supervision and a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture
  • Current safety credentials to include OSHA-30 and EM 385-1-1
  • Knowledge of Procore software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • MEP Testing Experience
  • Commissioning Experience
