Job description

Job is a foundry hot box and cold box sand core machine operator. Previous experience in a metal casting foundry required. Experience as an industrial manufacturing machine operator required. Must be able to quickly learn machine operation and learn and retain instructions to correct problems. Must be able to lift a 40 pound core out of the core making machine and set on table, inspect, process, and lift onto a shipping pallet

Quality Cores is a family owned and operated full service core shop with over 25 years of experience in the core and foundry business. Dave Tellock founded Quality Cores in 2003 after many years of supervising shell, hotbox, and Isocure core making and dry sand, greensand, and no bake molding in numerous foundries in the Northern and Southeastern regions of the country. This experience is used in making a quality core to insure a quality casting at the foundry. He was joined shortly afterward by his wife Denise as Production Control Manager, Stephanie his daughter as Quality Control Manager, and his son Steven as Shop Manager. A personal relationship is built with customers where communication is always welcome.
