  • 2. Monitors standards of the organization or quality process
  • 3. Manages current process improvement and new process development
  • 4. Develops plans for annual internal and external QMS audit plans
  • 5. Trains internal auditors, department specialists/team members
Job Description
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • 1. Conducts and completes internal audits based on annual internal audit schedule
  • 2. Manages 2nd and 3rd party quality system audits
  • 3. Supervises the department team members
  • 4. Manages financial information
  • 5. Leads quality innovation activities (setting up goal/periodic monitoring, etc.)
  • 6. Develops quality strategy planning
  • 7. Controls failure cost (internal failure cost/field claims/customer downtime cost, etc.)
  • 8. Forecasts field quality issue trends
  • 9. Develops annual business plan, management review, financial reports
  • 10. Review and approve department documents
  • 11. Monitors and resolves internal and external customer concerns
  • 12. Develops corrective action plan for customer claims,
  • 13. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1. 5 years of experience in the primary phase of automotive body manufacturing
  • 2. Bilingual in Korean/English (Preferred)
  • PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
  • 1. ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor certification required
  • 2. SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, fixture planning experiences required
  • 3. Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required
  • 4. An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills
  • 5. Capability to perform multi-tasks
