Duties & Responsibilities

  • Document inspection results thoroughly, maintaining accurate records, and generating comprehensive quality reports.
  • Identify and document non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action requests and collaborating with production teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and in-process checks to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
  • Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and contribute to the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve product quality and process stability.
