Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Laboratory Technician for a full-time role within a growing manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing routine testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards. The technician will support stability studies, environmental monitoring, label checks, and data entry in accordance with GMP/ISO expectations. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with potential long-term conversion depending on business needs.
Location: Onsite in Anaheim, CA
Hours: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM (OT when needed)
Type: 6-month contract-to-hire
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods following established laboratory procedures.
  • Perform stability assessments, including sample pulls, documentation, and evaluation of product shelf-life in controlled chambers.
  • Complete label verification with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of all testing activities and results.
  • Support environmental monitoring through routine swabbing and documentation.
  • Monitor production runs and identify any deviations or irregularities.
  • Prepare samples for external analytical testing when required.

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment required.
  • Strong preference for candidates with background in cosmetics, personal care, nutraceuticals, food, or pharmaceutical production.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent minimum.
