What is a QC Lab Technician?

The QC Lab Technician is responsible for performing laboratory testing and quality control activities to ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet established specifications. This role works closely with Production and Quality teams to verify product quality, support troubleshooting, and maintain compliance with standards. The position plays a critical role in ensuring product consistency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

What You Can Expect to Do as a QC Lab Technician:

What We Are Looking For in a QC Lab Technician:

  • Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred
  • 0โ€“3 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control role preferred
  • Experience in chemical or manufacturing environments is a plus
