mîrus Consulting Group is a local company based in Humacao, Puerto Rico that provides computer system validation and information technology consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and other organizations across the Island and parts of the United States. Its services include the assessment and validation of automation equipment, network infrastructures and business processes, as well as the project management involved.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist QA to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements by performing batch record review, providing oversight of manufacturing operations, and supporting critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive review, approval, and reconciliation of electronic batch records (EBR) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide QA oversight for manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to GMP standards.
  • Evaluate, document, and manage quality-related events (e.g., deviations, investigations) and support timely resolution.
  • Participate in decision-making processes related to product quality and manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
  • Support inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation practices in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree in a scientific discipline OR
  • Master's degree with 2+ years of scientific experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of scientific experience
  • Available to 3rd shift.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience performing batch record (EBR) review, approval, and reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems
  • Experience providing oversight of manufacturing operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality events and make sound decisions
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
