Job description

Quality Control Laboratory TechnicianPay Rate: $20
Schedule: 1st Shift
Location: North Las Vegas
About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Laboratory Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and consistency. In this role, you’ll work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to test materials, monitor production, identify quality issues, and help keep our processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples.
  • Accurately record test results and maintain clear, organized documentation.
  • Review test results against established specifications and quality standards and help determine if products are ready for release.
  • Perform and document hourly quality checks on the production line.
  • Prepare additives and monitor blending operations.
  • Communicate with Production Supervisors when products do not meet quality specifications.
  • Monitor and help prevent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) violations.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and validate laboratory equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory.
  • Identify quality concerns, troubleshoot problems, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Provide technical support for customer requests when needed.
  • Support R&D projects and ensure customer and internal sample requests are completed on time.
  • Participate in internal quality assessments and audits.
  • Follow all company food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
