What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist in sales and quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product testing and analysis to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Support the technical services team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
