Quality Inspector - Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: Garden Grove, CA
Pay Rate: $20 - $30+ per Hour (DOE)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support a growing aerospace manufacturing operation. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that machined aerospace components meet stringent customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of aerospace machined components
• Verify product conformity using precision measuring and inspection equipment
• Interpret complex aerospace blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI)
• Complete inspection records and quality documentation accurately
• Identify nonconformances and support corrective action activities
• Utilize portable CMM equipment for dimensional inspections
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to maintain high-quality standards
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Inspection experience in an aerospace or precision machining environment
• Experience operating portable CMM equipment; Verisurf experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints and specifications
• Experience performing AS9102 First Article Inspections
• Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality systems
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and digital inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

QC Inspector - PCB / Electronics Manufacturing

Location: Cypress, CA
Pay: $24-$33/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector with experience inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IPC standards and be comfortable performing inspections under a microscope in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs and electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform visual inspections using microscopes and other inspection equipment
• Identify defects and document inspection results accurately
• Verify products meet customer and industry specifications
• Support quality improvement initiatives and manufacturing processes

Qualifications

• Current knowledge of IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) and/or IPC-600 (Acceptability of Printed Boards)
• Experience inspecting electronic assemblies and/or printed circuit boards
• Proficiency using a microscope for detailed inspections
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Prior IPC-A-610 or IPC-600 certification is a plus
